[Solved] Ranked solo queue problem

I can't play ranked solo scenario. I am level 40 rr62. I'm wearing an oppressor and a vanquisher set. There is no way I can apply for ranked solo scenario. I have played 5 matches so far and everything was fine but in the last few days I can't sign up. My caracter and account name is: Ixtis. Please help.

Didn't have talismans slotted in gear
