A Threat from the Desert?

The recent patch spoke of an ever more likely Land of the Dead being fully integrated in the game. I feel on Live, the Land of the Dead expansion is one of the things that led to a hyper-inflation of class abilities, and damaged the larger game as a result. The Land of the Dead weapons and Tomb prizes were excessive. Do the Return of Reckoning Powers agree, or is the intent to resurrect all the folly of what was? Having the ability to do a thing, does not mean that thing should therefore be done. Will anything of was remain properly buried, or will the curse of the mummy return to plague all again?

Well it is nothing like live one with useless pq's but rvr zone with different mechanics and there will be no 3200 absorb/1200 armour proc/15% all crit talismans in RoR so i wouldnt feel anything but joy that ror has lotd.

How about just wait for the test. Read the wiki - it won't come back as it was on live. And at least - we need it to work properly before we can speak about items.

The bigger problem is the low pop on this server and further fragmentization with new content. Ranked, scenarios, pve reruns, rvr, forts and cities already spread the population to thin. Even as an eu player I often log off due to low pop in my prefered game mode.

Lotd would really benefit from pvp Inluence like in rvr zones, adding 1 set in lotd from Influence with new wpns/new procs as well. 1-2 Set pieces or wpns dropping from pvp and some kind of onslaught like PQ that drops good pieces as well.

Now it was fun to run in lotd again, but no undergrounds and super zergy, it is missing something to keep people interested. Tombs/Tovl/World Boss/Invading will be amazing when it is time for them=)
