Crash to character screen every time I zone

Seems to be about 90% of the time I load into a new zone, scenario, etc... I will get the loading screen for about 10 seconds, then it will crash me to my character screen. Is there anything I can do on my end to alleviate this? Or is it just a server problem?

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. It's not game breaking I guess, but very annoying.
