[Potential Bug] Flames of the Phoenix AM Morale Ability

I was just testing out the AM rank 4 morale ability in the Asuryan tree on the dummies in Aldorf and it did no damage. The ability doesn't last very long so I checked it again just to make sure and there were no flyby damage numbers nor did the dummy health bar move at all. The tooltip of the ability also doesn't specify how much damage it does so I am wondering whether this might be a bug that may have gone unnoticed since it's a very underused ability but it is my favorite one. Can anyone else try to confirm this? Thanks in advance!

Edit: I have since verified this on both regular mobs as well as players and the damage value is 600 per tick, which is actually quite good compared to other similar rank 4 morale abilities. So it seems like the dummies are bugged and can't calculate ground based AoE.

Afaik the dummies aren't affected properly by ground aoe, like engie‘s napalm. But I'm not 100% sure.
I would recommend to test it on some "real" mobs. If it's still not working place it on the bugtracker^^

Oh I see, I didn't realize that, Flames of the Phoenix is a ground based AoE. I will check it on regular mobs then and update the original post. Since rank 4 morale abilities take so long to charge I thought it would be easier on the dummies but I guess not, lol.
