[Support] I cannot log in with my character

Character : Mirmidia

Tried to solve the issue as suggested deleting the char profile to force the game creating a new one, but the issue persist.

That is my main character, stuck at Thunder Mountains

Character : Mirmidia
Guild : Bitterstone Thunderers

I see now the location in the loading screen is Altdorf, but still can't log into the game.

As before tried deleting the char profile without success.

He is "prisoned" in Aldorf, when i chose this char to play, altdorf loading windows pops, but after a time, i am back at char choice window. Other 3 Chars are able to log in, have only the login problem with Freattgar.

Still cant login with these characters, tried it also after the reboot of the server.

Tranas WP not working when i try login i cent login and going beck to CH screan

When using a vpn, only 3 out of 8 characters cannot directly connect. And after connecting other accessible characters,i can connect 3 characters. In summary, it is possible to connect with 3 characters after connect other characters ......It happened 3 days ago
