[Support] I cannot log in with my character

I have been unable to log in with only my white lion, Jarxle for some reason. All of my other characters can log in at any time.

Hello! I got stuck after using book. I can log in other chars but not Dwaemac. I appreciate the help and all the hard work!

it's really weird, it's impossible to me to login Zekra my main DOK,
i delete my cache and repaire, it's loading my character (teamate of guild say i'm login), but for me, it's back to the selection of characters.

i create an another character and it's working,
if someone or a gm can help !

Hello, i played early today, and all went well, but now my character MAIDENOFSIGMAR can't connect, it's loading from the list of my characters, then after a short time back to the character page.
I have this issue for several days. I tried to log in another character and it sometimes helped to log Maidenofsigmar. I did new installation, but it is the same there and also on another computer.
The inability to sign up happens to me regardless of the region where I log out, T4, T3, Altdorf, it doesn't matter.
This evening I am completely unable to play Maidenofsigmar for the fist time.Nothing helps.

And in like 30 minutes it worked to log. So I dont understand.

And today again, first login on Maiden failed, then character screen was black. So i quit game, started again, log in another character, log out, log in Maidenofsigmar (Altdorf near auction house) and it worked.

Thanks for the GM tp me at the capitol, but impossible to connect,

me too, i try again to login Zekra this morning, but it's failed,
i arrive at the characters page, i click on play, then after a normal login, it's back to the characters main page. Then, after some secondes, it's try by itself to login but block.
