[Support] I cannot log in with my character

I am stuck for the first time like this.

Char name: Tunkki

Guild: Legions of Perkele

Same story as for most, I get a loading screen to inevitable City but then it throws me back to login page, but the play button has switched places and when I push it then it begins the weird handshake loading thingy in a black box.

Fixed by logging in another char then going back

MY Altdorf character cannot log

Still can't login after 24 hours

Managed to login after I left the client on for an hour. When I came back somehow I had the ability to click the server button (was not there before on the page - was only cinematic/credits/settings/quit) to re-select the server and clicked play again on the character.

Ended up in saphery ch14 high elf camp
