Please check "Save" Guild member, cause I asked player with same guild mate , only "Save" guild character can not logging, others (none guild or others guild) is ok . and same situation just like me
and there's my alt's can not log in below:

Your guild has thousands of members, most of them are inactive now but it still bypasses the threshold by a huge number. I believe that all of you are stuck just like BT guild was last week.

We will review our options and find a fix for it. If you have no problem being removed from the guild temporarily so you could log in then please let me know asap and we'll take care of it.

I'm still having trouble logging my character "Maidenofsigmar"
Guild: "Bene Tleilax"

All other characters on this guil are fine.
Current location - "Altdorf".
The problem is that sometimes I log in and sometimes I don't.

I spent a few hours trying to find a reason and came up with the following (but it doesn't always work):

• Mostly helped me delete Character profile - Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\user\settings\Martyrs Square\Maidenofsigmar
  Log in
  Log out
  Copy - paste original saved profile and log in again

• If that didn't help, I also renamed the addon directory and applied a similar procedure.

But today, for the first time, I didn't log in at all. Regardless of the procedure.
So I tried a clean client installation on a new PC. I copied the addons and character profile and also couldn't log in.

Subsequently, I tried a clean installation on another PC without copying addons and profile, and I connected without any problems.

I don't know if this will help you solve this problem for others, but there seems to be a problem in the addons used or the character profile settings (or both) and not in the game or the client itself. But I really don't know, I was just trying to help myself and others.

I fixed some previous login issues by doing /stuck /stuck on the loading screen after hitting "Play" on the character select screen -- before it kicks you back. It's like the character you're logging onto is in some invalid zone/area and the game doesnt know what to do. But if you do /stuck twice and quick enough it pushes you to the starting area.

I cant go in game with my witch elf but i can go in game with my the rest characters. What is wrong? my witch elf lvl is 34 and my location is thunder mountain. when i click the play with witch elf then they load but nothing. I Uninstall the game but nothing change.

Try logging in again please and reply back if it didn't work. Also try doing /stuck /stuck while on the loading screen. You need to press enter to open the chat (it will be invisible though) and then type /stuck and then enter again - repeat twice.
