[Support] I cannot log in with my character

I am still having trouble logging in two characters. both are order Bedevere and Urdnath. I have gotten both on once or twice in the last few weeks. I am not in a Guild and the last time I had gotten them online I think they were both in Altdorf

Character name: Undertakerest
Now i have that issue more than 2 week. I cant go in game with my witch elf but i can go in game with my the rest characters. What is wrong? my witch elf lvl is 34 and my location is the blighted isle. when i click the play with witch elf then they load but nothing (loading stuck for a five second and loading continiues when he throw me back in menu). I Uninstall the game three times but nothing change. Mayby i have do many open quest-s ? I mean i dont have a guild. /Stuck tryed hundred times.

Need teleport or something.

It still shows him as online in guild etc even though he was kicked to char select on using the flight master to Reikland.
