Vale set toc requirement

Soo i gota buy the whole set since challenger on my full vale set character. Is it possible to put full vale set tok to be equal to conqueror or vanquisher? I deleted long ago my challenger/duelist/mercenary set soo i need to buy from scratch all the sets lv 15 set which would need over 500+ mark to get my final peice of vanq...

Maybe put when you hit 40 you can have the conqueror set dont need requirement for lower level sets.

You aren't the first to mention HV and Beastlord counting toward sets for various reasons. Trust me. They just either aren't listening, don't care, or haven't figured out where to put them in yet. Keep asking though, it's the only way to get them to see it's actually a warranted issue.

is that so why i cant enter hunter vale with my am tough i have beastlord tok ? do i need to get lower tier other pve set?
