Where to get - Sentinel Veteran's Medallion

Anyone know? I tried asking in advice and no one answered. I also tried checking the site, but it just says what it is used for and not where to get it.

It's old currency and the merchants still exist in case people have the tokens still. The repeatable boss-kill quests for the city dungeons are the current way of getting sentinel items (as well as influence rewards and drops from bosses)

Ah okay. So it's removed thing, gotcha. I just saw the vendor and was wondering if there was a way to still buy pieces from him because I was missing a piece of Sentinel.
