Make Your Party Open

For some reason whenever I check the box to make my party open it will uncheck over and over. This persisted with relogs, clearing of the cache, new characters I have not been able to set my party/warband in the open status.

Same problem, it seems can make it open only if im solo, soon as first person join it auto locks every time trying open it up.
