In what sense? That you can't no longer turtle on a flag with a bunch of crossguarding tanks and prevent cap?

You apparently didn't play the weekend scenario or try to complete the objectives for the event. The fact the next flags arent locked for 20-30s before being open for cap is bad mechanics.

This week khaines embrace is a blacklist scenario. You could at least cap the flag before. Had plenty of solo caps using shield wall on both a knight and chosen in the last weekend event. Now if it's remotely even it just ends 150-100 after 15minutes. Complete waste of time.

Removing a needed mechanic (the lock of next BO) is bad mechanics. And any test of this change before going live would have revealed it.

Only crediting the people standing directly on the flag with the cap and not the people supporting the cap from distance (healer, ranged dps, whatever) is bad mechanics.

i'd agree with this. but tanks can't get top dps/DBs/heals, so maybe it's intended to also boost contribution for tanks in rvr.

Hopefully this includes getting group heal and challenge moved to rank 16! I think this has been a request for years (whenever T2/T3 scens starting at R16 was implemented).
If any of this is implemented, you'll hear it through the community management team. But it's been brought up internally at least.
do note i only mean in scenarios and in bolster its frustrating basicly someone having acces to skills and more tactic slots cause ur lower lvl. if u wanna make it fair give em when bolsterd acces to all that its there to that certain bolster lvl.

No, this would be unfair, as equal number of skills/tactic slots and bolster on top is too strong.
What is the purpose of leveling, when you are stronger the lower your rank is.

You missed the topic entirely.
What in combat advantage the scrolls give you in each SC?
Without scroll player X is gone sooner and player Y takes the spot, nothing changes for the overall outcome in t2-3 SC. You will just have more low ranks in t4 SC.
