Unable to login character

My Level 37 Knight of the Blazing Sun, Kyrtsun, will not login. The Altdorf transfer screen appears, but then 'dumps' him at a version of the Character Selection screen, but without a way to select another character.

I have repeatedly tried <enter> /stuck <enter> /stuck <enter> while the 'LOADING' screen is processing, but without success.

I had this problem on a low level character last week, I followed the suggestion to "while on the loading screen, press enter (to open chat) and type /stuck (must be done 2 time in quickly). " This put me back to my original spawn point. I also deleted a lot of quest from my ToK to avoid the issue from happening again, which seems to have worked for now.
