Binkw32.dll error

Binkw32.dll missing is installed in windows or windows system directory, it must be installed in the aplication directory EXCEPT I HAVE IT IN BOTH SYSTEM AND APLICATION DIRECTORY

I have been trying to play the hecking game for 4 days, now some stupid Binkw32.dll missing error is popping up. I have it in both System32, SystemWOW64 and in return of reckoning bellow audio.myp above data.myp what am i doing wrong?

Try to run the Launcher from the folder of the game, not the shortcut

I have this problem after I re-installed Windows to Win 11 and tried to use client without re-installing client itself
so whenever I tried to Run the game through Launcher shortcut, it thinks that the root folder for the game is Windows root folder
and I don't know why but starting the game from the game folder itself doesn't rise this strange behavior
