Getting this error when ran normal and nothing happens when ran as admin?

Application unable to start correctly Error 0xc0000135

Already tried making it not a read only folder and also unlocking the .exe's. It didnt work.
Tried disabling all my firewalls and protection, still no go.

You need to repair/install the .net framework. Make sure you got all the latest Windows updates.

If you need to repair your framework, you can download them off the Microsoft website.

Data.myp:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070424): The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070424)
at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo)

at MYPHandler.MYPHandler..ctor(String filename, del_FileTableEventHandler eventHandler_FileTable, del_FileEventHandler eventHandler_Extraction, HashDictionary hashDic)
at RoRLauncher.Client.UpdateWarData()

By the looks of it something went wrong in the downloading and may have been the wrong one so instead im then using the torrent version and see if it works. Can you just confirm this.

Update: the next error i got was this
Data.myp:
System.Exception: You need to stop application currently using the following file: data.myp
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.WriteFileToArchive(FileInArchive archFile, MemoryStream MS)
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.ReplaceFile(FileInArchive archFile, FileStream newFile)
at RoRLauncher.Client.UpdateWarData()

Sometimes there's a process task bug where the launcher thinks the file is being used by another process. Either moving the folder to another location or a system restart should resolve it.

Try to ucheck the folder where WAR is installed (unziped) from read only. Ensure the setting is also applied on the files within the folder.

Is torrent downloading disabled? Torrent client can't see any peer.

Make sure the launcher is inside the game folder. Also, the CD installation won't work. You need to download the gave via the links provided on the forum.
