Currently slayers/choppa are the superior class in keeps for def or attacking. STacking of this class: The only counter are other Choppa/Slayers.
The Endgame only exist with this 2 classes (ok Healer also needed). But a Slayerbal can only counter by i choppabal. All time the same scene in Praag: Ball vs Ball, are Slayers or Choppa down, all dies or can run. This ist not realy a classfriendly Endgame.
Why the slayer AOE hit are stackable and the NOt movabel AOE from the casters are not?
What is the reason?
MAkke all AOE stackable and make it fair to other classes or limit the AOE from Choppa/Slayers to 2x or 3x. Other Caster got also an AOE hit but not this Armor... Its an other way, to bring more defense for the other balls like a debuff after hitted 5x bis slayer/choppa or other meelee AOE.
ATM its only RETURN OF Choppa/Slayer... Bringt the player and not the class!

rSH once had a great aoe, shoot through ya, they moved it to a morale 2... Ended that

Only some ground-targeted AOEs from other classes (Rain of Fire, Pit of Shades, Dissolving Mist, Napalm Grenade) do not stack, everything else does. The reason you get Slayers vs Choppas is for mobility and burst damage as they can move while channelling. Destro warbands are also fairly happy to bring along some Marauders, Melee Squig Herders and Sorcs to the party.

Mara is hard counter to slayer, not choppa.

And THIS is what i expect from the devs: Rain of Fire, Pit of Shades, Dissolving Mist etc. stackable same als the Slayer/Choppa-Balls...
Its not fair to fight vs 5x AOE from Slayer/chopa and this clas only run trought a 5x Mist with only 1x dmg.
Make this AOE stackable or disarm this AOE stacking of Slayer/Choppa. You can limit it on 3 targets (delete the tactic to 9+ is a solution) or bring more counteroptions.
This AOE stacking is atm madness in comparison to other Caster AOEs with more les armor ett. (also Squig

Make this game fair and allow the other classes to stack the spells to! (Mist, Napalm, Pit of Shades, Rain of fire etc.)... Or make something agin this S/C-Balls

Only ground-targeted AOEs with 100% uptime do not stack. Some were stacking before and are removed for a reason. You ever thought about the consequences of your proposal?
Place 20+ caster with gtaoe in a keep or fort and target the door area and anyone, who wants to enter will just die.
Your normal AOE spells with a player target stack just fine.

The ground target skill problem is related mostly to the cd of engi/magus being too long, enemy can exit from it but you cant reposition em, simply cut it half or remove it would do a great fix for the classes in oRvR; they dont stack because they are no brain no difficulty (and range) hitting thing. Other problem are simply dev not willing touch stuff like rampage despite the fact every one know they arent right and wealthy for the game. Can't do much about it. As said over and over it's their game, their logic, and they wont care if it drag it into the tomb, you cant do anything about it.
