you can do that, too. its actually quite fun if you've got a space of time to do it, say an hour or so.
Take a look at the kill board. If you look for the guilds with very high kill to death ratios you will find the twinkers. It’s a weird thing to get kicks from and to then not compete in t4.

Doesn’t affect me these days as all the chars I will play are now t4 but for a new player it would be bad.

I don't typically have the problem of healer's not healing so much as tank-tier DPSers.

Usually healer's are blasting away, and I often have the problem of infinite beam struggles as tank blobs and meandering DPS have a pool noodle fight. Many buttons are pressed, and little is gained. People struggle to identify kill targets. This happens often in WoW, too.

Only with last week's scenario was order rolling nearly every pug group I queued for.
