I really need help (disconnection)

Hello,

I really don't know what to do. I disconnect around 15-20 minute. It is very frustrating.

The problem appear very randomely:
-When only chatting with friend.
-When i solo
-When i do RVR
-When i do scenario
-When i do nothing

I have:
-Windows 11
-Good computer to run the game with maximum graphic with no lag

What i try to resolve the problem:
-Clear the cache
-Set graphic to fastest framerate and ability effect on none
-Change player name to standartized
-Remove name completely from showing
-I do not have any addon at all
-Clear cache
-Reduce the chat line to 120
-Use the scrip combatlogger.pauserecording()
-Deactivate firewall and antivirus before I open the game.
-Reinstall the game completely
-Repair the game
-Play the game in 32 bit
-Unistall Xbox App
-I read all the "join us" file just to be sure I Install the game correctly.

Seriously, I really need help for that. I cannot play a game like that.

What video card are you using? May try an older driver.

Wow, maybe it is just luck... But, for more than 1 hour I never disconnect. My driver was not up to date. I update my driver and thats it.

I was thinking it was fix but problem reappears again. Sometime i can play long time and sometime I can play like 2 min. It is the game the problem or is this my computer? I had that problem before with my other computer. I cannot think this is the internet. I play other game online and i never had this problem. That problem is crazy. I cannot understand at all...
