[Support] I cannot log in with my character

-no sc pleyed

been over 34hours, still showin ingame, have been kicked from guild didnt work, i can even /w myself.
just wondering if a server reboot will free all the lost souls thats been stuck ingame and not able to play.

Other characters log normally. Crashed during Avelorn siege and then cannot login with that char.

26 hours later the issue persists and my rr potion is wearing off. Also tried repairing launcher, clearing caches etc. Would like a solution, thanks in advance!

I was doing dmg to lord of the keep and my game just crashed. Restarted it and couldnt logg in as my sorc.
After the start button is pressed and the loading screen is supposed to be shown the screen goes black and the game
shuts down.
The guild window shows that the character is online and I am even able to /whisper to it.
Any other character is available to log in and play.
Allready did client repair, cleared the cash folder and so on.

HI! lovely GM's. oh just me poor old gobmuck trying to get my Magus unstuck "Baldr" please help him. such a frail weak mage the guild he is in "darkness and ruin" he might be in it still even tho Gkick was delivered by helpful players :/

its been over 48hours since bugged out, was wonder if there was an ETA on when will b moved or freed, thank you for ur support =)
is it possible to get a server reboot to see if it helps, showin chosen is still ingame, could help as it will kick all classes out.
also is there any response on the issue? as heard nothing about it over the couple days.
