Why rank up and gear up when being a lowbie = BIG DAMAGE

Not really, because I saw no lvl35 farming people in SC, which was the main argument about midtier premades farming new players.
Dying is no option.

I enjoy having the reduced XP, it lets you collect tokens and enjoy a Tier. I think you should be able to use them still out in ORVR and let someone use them in lower tiers until level 33 or something.
