War Crest refunding?

Sincere apologies if this request is forbidden, but: I am a returning player after some years' break, and mistakenly bought a Triumphant set piece thinking that it was the best purchaseable set. I did not realize that Sovereign is now available to buy with War Crests (missed the entire token implementation while I was gone), and would have chosen that instead. Do staff assist with refunds in such circumstances, or is this simply an uninformed error that I'll need to accept - and keep grinding tokens? Again, very sorry if such an inquiry is against the rules.

You had 9999 reasons to double-triple-quadruple check on what you're buying but you didn't..? Wow. No matter which wrong stone you bought though, it's still propably BiS in the intended set-up, Triumphant for SnB and Victorious for 2H.

It's not even the same vendor, so quite easy to check whether it is the correct set. Still sad to read.

Unfortunate. These kind of mistakes do happen though. There is a reason why many games have some kind of short return window in case you buy wrong item or just regret your purchase for whatever reason. In WoW its 1h iirc. Wouldn't be bad to implement in this game either (although would have to figure out how to handle ward unlocks etc) but for now its no refunds.

Because i have several char and most need the other set, when logged back on Ib i was too exited to buy the last piece i needed. It was just after they convert all currencies into one single crest.
I was convinced i was buying the good ring, and realize my mistake when checking the bonus gears xD. rip
