Can´t reconnect with a char played while server crashed

Hello there,
I was playing my shaman at KV when the server crashed somehow. After waiting till it was up again, I tried to reconnect, but nothin happens except the backround gets black, when I click PLAY button.

I can connect with all other chars, but not with my shaman.

My son got the same issue with his BO.

The strange thing is, we cant connect but we are shown as online in friendslist.

type /stuck twice during loading screen. like enter /stuck enter, enter /stuck enter.
if that doesnt work, try to catch a GM ingame with one of your other chars that can log in.
