Mouse click error on patcher

Hello, please i need some help with a error on the patcher:

When i click on the CONNECT button, i got this error and the patch crashes:

If someone had this kind of error like me before, please help. I cant play.

Is your install folder set to Read Only?

No it is not Read Only, as far as i know.
It happend after downloading some patches.
I tried 32 or 64 bit, and also re download the patcher.
Still get the error
Psycotrance (shaman dps)

looks like .NET error.

Oh man, i followed the CMD commands indicated where you said, it worked! No more error
