Guild coin "Demise of the Inevitable" = no coin

Completed/competed in the IC city siege today with 8 people from guild. Was in party of 6, all of which were guildies and won our instance (every stage). Tried to hand in quest and still showed as incomplete and would love to know if there is anything I am missing? Would love my coins : ). Thanks for your time/effort in reading/helping in advance.

There's no guild coin quest for defending IC. It's for attacking Altdorf.

All the quests work - what problems are you having?

Primarily the Zone Lock quest. Not sure how it figures contribution for the reward to happen. Do all 6 players need to run together from start to finish of a zone? I have tried several times with guildmates to get this quest to finish, yet it never does.

You need to be in a group with 6 or more of the same guild and someone with the right permissions needs to type .guildinvolve before the zone locks.

Yes, this part is very important - used to think this was bugged too!

Make sure your guild vault also has gold stored, as this will need to use about 30-40 gold to do the Guild Involve.

For OP:

- Did you have a full party of 6 Guildmates in your group prior to entering the city, or did you solo queue and then form up inside?
- If you had 6 prior to going in, did anyone swap parties during the city? (Ex, for champ group at the end)

My guild tried this and it worked for us last night on the win, so getting all the info here may help.

Thanks for the replies team, all help is appreciated.
- we queued for IC yesterday as order with a 12 of which 8 were guildmates.
- I was in a 6 guild party (made up entirely of guildies) the whole city until champ stage where one member was moved.
- we won city and all three stages and no one from the party or even guild members comprising the wb crashing at any point.
- neither I (in the 6 guild party) or others in the mixed party completed the quest.

Honestly cant work out why it didnt work. Any insight or resolution would be great : ).
