[Support] I cannot log in with my character

I can not log in my runie every new event weekend warfront etc

I also cannot log in with my character after a time away from the game.

I can load the character select screen, but when I choose my character and hit play it goes to the Altdorf load, then flips back to the character screen. Also, my character has lost almost all clothing.

In Dragonwake. Crashed and couldnt log in again. He seems online in the guild.

Returning player here...Says Loading Barak Varr. I tried the /stuck *2 spam thing and reinstalling and reconnecting like 20x to no avail. After loading it brings me back to char select screen. Thanks!

Returning Player - can't loggin since today.
No issues at all before.

I am not able to get on my character screen for a log in.
I start the launcher, game starts, right before the character screen the black check box on the right says as usual:
entering the fray...
connecting to server...
handshaking...
logging in...

After the first logging in it takes a while and i get the message: "The server closed your connection; you have been disconnected."
The Server Selection window pops up.

I never had any issues before - nor i needed a port or something else in the past.
I deleted cache, tried with clean UI folder, nothing so far.

any support on what i can do to fix this much appreciated.

update from my part several hours later.
after the status logging in at the checkbox i recieve loggin complete two times again but my character loading screen turns black right after and the checkbox says Locating battles.. and Searching for allies.. Nothing else happens on ny part until i restart the launcher with the same result.

edit: day later: everything works again - no idea what cause the problem
