Not a weapon with proc, but Chosen has a 25% incoming heal debuff aura

True, but requires a spec point, is 30' only and no duration. Punt chosen, move away etc. But is 100% when in area of effect. Would rather see an equal weapon proc on destro (aoe class)

Gee would you look at that. A weapon, that when used with with the White Lion core ability Slashing Blade, mimics Crippling Strikes + Rending Blade. Which was removed from Chosen because it was considered WAY too powerful. Yet order has it. Everything is fine, nothing to see here, everyone just move along...

Look how quickly the DoK aoe heal debuff was nerfed.

Yeah and there is no AP regen on this weapon. For the class that has literally no way to regain AP and must rely on teammates/1 not that good tactic. AP problem on mara anyone? And btw aura doesn't require you to hit/proc something.

yet another order bias, melee dok used to have a similar thing with fell sacrifice and was nerfed almost instantly.

So is it 25 or 25%? can we get a straight answer from devs please? they are quite expensive

Choppa 2h has that proc, I think it’s the only one on destro. IB fort 2h has it, BG 2h does not /sadface

Just to remind everyone, destro has a not mirrored AoE healdebuff in form of zealot m4. It was nerfed, true, but with the morale pump it probably performed just as well as the WL weapon proc
Edit: in fact, I feel like most high level morale abilities could be buffed, between the damage cap, morale pump nerfs and generally being useless. This is just one that used to be good, and is not anymore.
RoR doesnt deserve being taken seriously.

Chraceaxe of the Subjugator (WL)
Fortress Chraceaxe (WL)
Juvenile (WL)
Sledge of the Subjugator (WP)
Fortress Greathammer (WP)
Fortress Trollspliter (IB/Slayer)
Bigchoppa of the Subjugator (Choppa)

Even so there is only one Destru weapon :
- Chosen aura is 25% INCOMING heals, meaning everyone, while KotBS one is OUTGOING, meaning only debuffing healers in range (and good luck getting to healers through tanks and mdps that can perma-AoE CC/snare you).
That's a vast difference, even tho Chosen aura wont stack with other incoming HD.

Look how quickly the DoK aoe heal debuff was nerfed.
- Even tho any could theorically hit up to 24 ppl in range with this proc (it's about a wb packing tight all around you doing nothing to CC or kill you), you will in theory debuff up to 2-3 players each time, wich is not much, and random.
On average, 25 ft AoE should hit about 5-6 people max around you (or in front of you for cones), 10 at best if tightly packed, wich means AT BEST about one player debuffed by the proc per attack.
And that's not counting block/parry from overstacked Destro tanks and mdps, wich mean in practice proc will be even lower.

So please, dont imply "you could debuff 24 players at once", wich in theory would only happen in a world where the whole warband is packed in a single spot, doing nothing and facing backyards the WL ; and then again, it would require an average or 15 seconds (10 attacks) to have a slight probability of debuffing half the wb at once (debuff could proc multiple times on same targets, wich means debuffing 24 players at once is technically impossible unless your proc is 25% or more).

TLDR : a 10% proc chance on 30ft AoE will likely not debuff more than 2 players (at best), wich I dont think it could be considered as OP by anyone from good faith... ;)
