I cant start play after login (but im not really getting logged in)

Hi everyone!

I played the game a few hours ago.

And when i logged out from the game i forgot to close it. So for like 30-60 minutes the game was at the character screen for like 60 minutes. But that's happened before and it's neve been an issue.



But now when i attempt to play i manage to login from the launcher .But once i'm logged in a cant see any of my characters or choose the server or anything. It's like imnot logged in at all.

All that is visble is the buttons on the bottom side of the screen, like "cinematics" and "settings" and stuff. No character or the server or nothin.

I havent changed anything in Windows defender or the antivirus or anything. Or on the computer.

Or done anything except wathing Youtube, turning of the computer and slept a few hours before i wanted to play again.

Now i have tried to reinstall the whole game except reinstalling Direct x 9 again. But tthat didn't work.

Does anyone know what could cause this?

I've had a blast playing my character from lvl 1 to 40 and then to renown lvl 51 the last month.

But this is so frustrating im thinking bout giving it all up.

Has anyone encountered this before? Or may know any solution to the problem?

I have another computer at home which my friend installed and played the game on like a month or two ago. But without the VinyUI addons that i use on my computer. But when i tried to login from that computer the EXACT same problem occured.

I have tried to attach a screenshot to this post but even though I've made it alot smaller and saved it as a .gif file below the file limit it wont show in this message. But the picture shows the tent in the background and the Return of reckoning logo but the box that usually shows text to the right is all empty.

Anyone know anything that might help...?

I see a few others with the same issue, same on my end nothings working for the moment. ima just keep trying to log in and see.

ya it looks like the login server took an Amber turd on 'da bed. Soon as someone can get in tough with the admins they should be able to reboot. Rare that this happens.

Same fix - just wait. Didn't know this until now, but apparently Wargrimmnir is in Detroit? Would be nice if they gave him server privileges so things like this could get addressed in NA times...

Glad I read this before uninstalling. Just installed for the first time tonight and couldn't log in. Haven't played AoR since official was out. Still have the big collectors edition in storage somewhere.

Hi! I also just installed this for the first time after seeing Lazypeon on youtube tried this game. I played it last time around launch day of the official game. I have installed everything after the textfiled that came included in the rarfile. I start the game with admin from the ror launcher and when I come in to the mainscreen ingame I can only choose cinematic and settings, no server or character selection screen so I can start the game

What is it like this for everyone now or are there a few of us doing anything wrong ?
