stuck "in dangerous territory"

One of my toons was stuck on screen with no NPCS and no response to quit, release, reload for 20 mins, so i quit the application. Now that toon at log-in displays location as "dangerous Territory" and times out if selected and attempt to log him in.

Anything can be done? Or should i just delete him and start over? hes only lvl 11.

I didn't read any solution online before posting.

My character won't load it. I have no place to type a command, it times out at the parchment style load screen as it try's to find "dangerous territory" then times out.

You can type /stuck in loading screen too.

Tried doing /reload a few times as page was loading. I could see it reset, but always back to 'dangerous Territory' anything else to try?

Ok, i finally was able to get /stuck to work as i was loading in, whew!
problem solved.
