Redeye is all Gunbad stuff. Just run the Gunbad quest and eventually you will get one.

There is only 6 Redeye pieces, Cloak, Boots, Gloves, Chest, Shoulders and Helm. However through the Nothing in Vain/Vanity is its own reward questline, at the very end there is a quest that has you kill the redeye big oaf which does offer a belt that should have a similar scheme to the redeye set.
