[Support] I cannot log in with my character

El nombre de mi personaje bugeado es Charman y el gremio es Kaz, lo que experimente es que cerré el launcher dentro de un escenario por que me tenia que marchar rápido. y ahora intento entrar con ese personaje y hace como que me carga dentro de ese escenario y me vuelve a tirar ala pantalla de selección de personajes luego intento entrar con otro personaje y no me deja tengo que reiniciar el launcher y entrar con otro personaje si no no me deja.no puedo hacer .stunk ni nada porque no me llega ni a cargar el mapa.

Aqui contesta alguien o esta muerto este foro? Llevo todo el dia intentando contactar con admin y imposible nadie responde nadie me hace caso llevo todo el dia sin poder jugar con mi chosen

Hey guys, so i can't log into my character, the only message i get back is "Searching for allies" and then black screen, if you could teleport my character that would be greatly appreciated, if nothing else it would allow me to narrow down why i can't log in with this specific character.

i logged in successfully and had no problem playing as an alternate character i made in the order faction so its something specific to the chaos character that must be the issue
