Engi duels

Someone might be interested.. Engi is running 3pc def sov, 2piece warlord and rest victorious, coupled with 2 fleshrenders and often regen stone in ranked ring. Weapons are the broker from CnT and rr61 def SC weapon. That turns in 700+ toughness, 70ish hp regen/s and 950ish BS with almost none weaponskill.

Now im kinda working in IB so expect some IB solobits in the future

Im looking forward to finding you in the lakes, spamming your own region/5 usually does not do the trick. Roam about and see what you find. You will die a lot more, but then the good duels make up for it. If i remember right we had brief wrestle in CW not a long ago.

Have you tried to combine the punt with the slow?
Due to the 1s cast of the punt you can spam the slow button and hit them while they take off as long as they're right in your face. Might be helpful to start kiting or win a second or two against melee.

Im supposed to do that yeah, but I kinda forget it about 80% of time. The snare should be up almost all the time really.

It still seems to me that you need to go to duels in a dps build, with all due respect, you come to a duel in a heal def spec without any damage at all...

Old Karak Norn Eataine Duel rules stated that if dps cannot kill heal spec in 5 mins healer wins.

Thanks, I am definetly clumsy with keyboard, but it makes things interesting tho. I might just randomly lose to someone im supposed to win easily , and vice versa.. .sometimes i just have my moments.

what would be the point of my attacks having 3 sec cd(my 3x dots have a 3sec CD) to fight one whose attacks are instant?!.. my dots only those with cast time are immediate.. but who would be stupid enough to stay for 1-2 seconds?! and anyway, you're a bright head, you'll definitely find a way around it
