Problem with read online.

Playing for a while now and have one issue that is really bothering me.

The game wonˋt remember my action bar settings. I usually play with 4 of them, but every time I log out or simply relog, it is back to default. Somebody mentioned that it might have to do with me not putting the game folder out of read only mode, but I did, as admin, several times already. The folder does keep the read only tag when I recheck, but iirc the installation guide says that this will happen.

So what am I doing wrong, and if there is no solution for this, is there a mod I can use to permanently change my action bar layout?

When ever you make a UI change make sure to log off to character select afterwards, this has always worked for me after I was having the same problem.
