How to recover my character's name?

Hello! Suddenly I tried to play with a character I didn't play since 3-4 months, and it's name has been changed with added numbers: "Example429384725". And now it says my name is invalid or is a duplicate. Is there any way to recover it?

I think if you don't log in on the specific character for a year, somebody else can take the name.
In case GMs don't give it back to you, try mailing them in game or wait for the name to be available again (or just make new name).
