Walking slowly for no reason

Since yesterday my character periodically starts walking really slowly. It's not the walk toggle button. You can see he is trying to run, animation-wise, but in some kind of mini staggering motion.
Right now I logged on my character and it happens all the time now. I run for 2 seconds, and then it slows down. It happens on all characters. It is not an issue with my keyboard, I tried rebinding to a different key, it didn't help.

I tried repairing the game through the launcher, it didnt fix it.

Ok nvm there was a problem with the usb plug of my keyboard. Thread can be deleted now.
