Quest guides for all cities

Heads up gang while 2 of these guides are up on the wiki under there given cities. I will post them here as many do use the guides an new players have asked about it or I see people asking in advice channel trying to find stuff out so here you go. These commands can be used on my twitch channel no matter if I am active or not but I will link them here so that you do not need to go there unless you want to either is fine.

I am still doing some finish up quest for IC but other then that the rest are done again as it says on each one if you come across something I may have missed or you feel that would be helpful let me know an I will add it in.
