No ring for Black guard Stage 2 rvr ?

why chosen / Black Orc got ring on stage 2 infl rvr Because i play Black guard 2 handed and i can just take the shield it's a mistake or not ?

So, back to the OP, can we expect to get the ring back, now that we are able to get a shield from the new T2 vendor?

On the live server, the Chosen and the Black Orc got the ring, but the Blackguard didn't?
