Cannot connect to the server

I can't log in either. On the login client it says web-sever is offline, but on the website it says the server is online. There is clearly an issue.

the discord says that the problem is not on their side but on the network provider side. that
a temporary solution should to use a vpn with an US IP, as american players does not seems to have a problem. Check server-status on their discord for more info

I live in the US and still having the problem.

VPN to New York fixed it for me, still had to connect 10 times till it showed green.

Try a different location. Maybe Canada.
Some people said it works after clear the cash.

Have the same problem, I was logged yesterday all day and today server seems up but the client shows the web server offline

Delete the Cache folder in your Game folder and restart the Launcher. Will Work.

Unable to log in here also, tried clearing cache folder and repairing launcher, nada
