Savage Orc Transmog Option

Would it be possible to have a savage transmog appearance option ? Turing off shoulders, gloves and boots and just have t1 loin cloth on, would be really cool! Just warpaint and green streaks running all over the lakes.

That would be great ! War paint and skull trophies all over the place.
