Re: T1 was fun
Issue is community being too small, merging T2-T4 zones is the only thing to make people not playing into empty zones while sub-40...Skeloss wrote: Sun Aug 13, 2023 9:33 am T1 pvp was fun now when I experienced there is no T2/3 and suddenly I am in T4 pvp group I think its time to say goodbye to this game.....its simply not fun there with such a skill gap gear gap etc.....think about this devs
Bolster to stats is alleviating thing a bit, but yes as in every MMORPG, undergeared people still will get hard times against more stuffed ones.
Try playing SC's because bolster is making you really strong mid-game (around level 30 generally), and you will never face 80+ full sovereign premades and gankers to bully you, unlike RvR lakes.

Re: T1 was fun
Ive leveled about 10 toons into t2-t4 and yep starting out there as a level 16. There is a skill gap but it never made me want to quit. Its a good feeling when you finally hit rr 80+ and you have earned everything. I guess some see it differently

I'm going to be brutally honest here, unless you're willing to learn and put in an effort this server isn't for you. It's a 2008 game ( compared to modern games there is little to no hand-holding for newbies, but there is an advice channel in-game so ask there for help).Skeloss wrote: Sun Aug 13, 2023 9:33 am T1 pvp was fun now when I experienced there is no T2/3 and suddenly I am in T4 pvp group I think its time to say goodbye to this game.....its simply not fun there with such a skill gap gear gap etc.....think about this devs
This is not for the devs to consider but for new players such as yourself, do you have what it takes to put in an effort or do you give up before it even started?
The thing about past T1 is that you will need the basic knowledge to do well. Talismans in your gear is required, potions from cultivation (armor + stat potions) is more or less required, and gear updated for your level to take advantage of the Bolster system is required, if you do this your character can compete just fine with lvl 40's whilst in groups ( dont attempt to run alone/solo at low levels, find warbands/groups and make friends, learn your class role and the need of the group).
The loop from level lvl 16 to 40 is usually to que for T2-T3 scenarios whilst doing some RvR when there are active pug warband leaders to join.
Tl:dr
The game is what you make it, the only exception may be on certain NA hours when the population just isn't there and one side (usually Destruction) has no presence on the battlefield.
