Lost characters after reboot

Hello RoR team!

First of all, thank you for the work you are doing. I need some help: after the last reboot I lost two characters (completely deleted) and 1 character lost all the equipment. Could you please fix that?

Hello, if you can t restore lost char, maybe you can send back twitch drop that was on lost char (could be cool) , thanks

I just returned and lost multiple, hopefully they restore them. I understand it's a free to play game and I appreciate all the hard work put in but I rather not feel like I'm wasting my time at the end of the day, my drive to play takes a hit knowing this can/will happen.

I know this is a free game, and I really appreciate you guys keeping it running. I also have lost character, and some of my other characters reduced level with missing gear. Just posting to see if anymore update on this issue, thanks.

Also lost characters but it's cool if you can't get them back, just more data points.

Still figuring this all out and would likely have remade.
