System net socket exception?

So ive been trying to get back into the game but i get the same error every time after the launcher starts downloading, i i didnt really see it mentioned in the sticky?

Disconnected from server. Error: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndReceive(IAsyncResult asyncResult)
