Mounted Blocking of Healer NPC in Elf Zone

Was on my BO just now, lots of Destro afk mounted and stacked or near the Destro WC healer. I hope this wasnt done on purpose. If its some new cheese, i hope others will take screen caps and send them off to the GMs. Please do not do this, please try and move off from spawn before mounting.

Would it be possible to add a little punt to the healers just like LotD queuers have..? Intentionally is one thing but people do it unintentionally all the time too, mount after respawning and take a toilet break or smth and afk on the healer.
