Stat changes and parry - mabe overtuned?

currently it feels like everything moves into the direction of a certain playstyle without any counter to it.
So if you play that playstyle, its now the perfect time to come back :p but it could also be a reason to leave !

But they really aren't, since strikethrough technically went up as well. You can't pick out one stat without considering the other.

Chance to hit 58%
Pre Patch Hit: 71.5%

Exactly. A 13-percentage point difference. Not the 70%+ that everyone keeps crying about, and that is pretty much the absolute worst-case example.

Losing 13% of your hits and crits is absolutely massive. Downplaying this is absurd.
