Invalid username/password

Hi, I am newbie here, I can't login, my username and password are true but why I can login. Help me please.

My girlfriend faced a similar issue and I also saw others affected too.
I think currently the only workaround to fix the issue for you is to contact a game master.

I have this issue as well, I just downloaded and installed the game then registered. then went to the launcher put in the name and password that I created and the launcher gave me this error message. how do you fix it?
