Vertical Sync

Hello everyone! I suppose most players have vsync enabled, how do you do it? Forcing it through the NVCP doesn't work. I searched the net but not much information is left anymore.

My model is NVIDIA 660MGTX, using the latest drivers on Windows 10.

I managed to fix it last night. Though not exactly Vertical Sync, I found a workaround that mimics its effects.

Enabling it through drivers and third party software (nvidia inspector, etc) didn't work. Eventually I settled for the framerate limiter at 60 FPS, and left screen tearing as it was. However, when I tried enabling windowed mode, the screen tearing was gone. Just like that. It seems the Windows 10 UI could be having an effect on it, similarly to how Aero on Windows 7 could cause your screen to tear if it was disabled.

tl;dr Nvidia Inspector -> Frame Limiter 60 fps, Game Settings-> Windowed Mode

Now I'll look into improving the stutters that I and many others experience.

Try disabling combat log and see if that helps with the stuttering at all. I remember in retail combat log was known for causing crashes in large battles.
