System video card fails minimum specs

The launcher works fine but I'm unable to launch the game due to the as titled error. I've checked the forum troubleshooting guides and tried everything I have found in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2889

I know this is late after this post was originally created but it only just now happened to me.
I had this issue as well. For me it was just after an nVidia driver update. Immediately after the update I had no issues but the next day I could not launch the game from the launcher and was getting the same error window.
All I did was restart my PC to engage the new drivers for the video card.
