Hello,
I've recently started playing and I've noticed some odd, but possibly intended? behavior. In the dwarf intro I pushed explosives barrels off of a bridge to blow up some greenskins. However, the barrels didn't move and no explosion occurred. In the dark elf intro, I opened the corral of the cold ones (was that their name? the raptors) in order to sick them upon mourning high elves. The remained docile in their cage. It also seems very inconsistent if hostile npcs will fight each other, or if they'll simply stare into each other's eyes romantically.
It's clear that these quests are meant to be fun little displays of animation, but those animations aren't playing. Is this normal for this server, or a bug that I should report? Possibly an issue with installation or settings?

Yes, unfortunately animations are missing in a lot of quests like you mention and we would love to fix them, but our current priority is to make sure everything is functioning correctly first, and then proceed on with scripting and animations for best visual experience.
Most of these bugs are known, but as it is now, they are delayed to be fixed at a later date.

Everything working as intended should mean that NPCs are not statues. They don't need to have the same exact animations as before. Combat animations work great, so once they are attacked, they will fight back and move toward you. But it's the aggroing part that seems to be broken. Idk about quests, but it seems to be every NPC in the entirety of the game.
Players have asked about this for years now. Is there any zone where the NPCs move? And do NPCs move in dungeons and raids?
I hope this get fixed. Definitely more important than made up events and custom things.
