Hello,

I have seen multiple instances of players blocking attacks when they are completely facing away from me. Are players supposed to be able to block attacks from behind? If so, okay, great, wish I could have that level of dexterity. If others have also faced this, and it is in fact not supposed to happen, I'll start making a log of when it happens and start putting it on the bug tracker

Youre not supposed to block from back but there is something with block atm.. not sure what is it, could be just latency issues? But seems many undefendables etc get blocked aswell.

Also, i think now characters just have a lot more parry and block overall due to boost from stats. Even my engi has 25parry with 0investment other than high ws.

Dunno if theres stat that gives block strikethrough to negate them tho.

I've noticed this as well. They do block from behind and it doesn't seem to be lag. Even if they are standing still for a moment facing away from you or running from you they do block from behind.

Blocking/defending while being disabled on the ground should be also changed.

I confirm because I have personally seen this happen more than once recently.

Easy to confirm on the test server (you can make BIS characters with a template) to check what angles you can block from.

I saw DPS got their backstab attack getting blocked or parried. To me, this is a lag or desync issue. Not sure if this can be fixed.

Block is ridiculous since the stat rework, way too strong. It's on the list right next to current Marauder Pull.

360 block/parry is an issue as well, hopefully addressed at some point.
