[SL] why so unpopular?

Slayer was S++ tier with old rampage and ID. It's still very good, but TTK/fights are too fast in RvR to ramp up his dmg, so he is kinda useless in RvR (only) right now. However it's still godlike in City and Scenarios. Screenshot from city last night.

The odd soloers have also vanished because they appeared to be angry about the changes which effected them moreso than group slayers. Group slayers are still playable just not FOTM

And the soloers are still around .....

There was allways more choppas then slayers.

The recent changes don't help, but it was never super popular despite being top DPS on both sides for a long time. And i will say why, since everyone else is afraid to say it:

Slayer is a f-ugly class.

personally i think both GTTC and Rampage should jus be replaced with something else entirely.

They have been nerfed which has solved most of the toxicity but they're both still just fundamentally bad abilities to have in the game generally imo.

GTDC is not and never has been the equivalent of an ID slayer.

SL and choppas are now in a good place in the end but only when it comes to aoe spec.
The two classes only require a playable 2h build. Which I hope will happen when it is the turn of the dpses classes.
